Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using the Katrusik Drive mobile application (the "App"), provided by LiJordan ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Driving safety — read this first

• Always obey traffic laws, road signs, signals, road markings and instructions from the police. They take precedence over anything the App says or shows.
• Keep your attention on the road. Choose your destination and adjust settings before you start driving or after you have stopped safely — never while the vehicle is moving.
• Mount your phone in a holder where it does not block your view, and use it only as the law of your country allows.
• Directions, traffic, arrival times and speed limits can be wrong, incomplete or out of date: a road may be closed, a turn may be prohibited, a limit may have changed. Use your own judgement and do not follow an instruction that seems unsafe or illegal.
• Speed warnings depend on available map data, which may be missing or wrong. They do not replace watching the road signs.
• The App's calm phrases are encouragement, not instructions. If you feel unsure or unwell, find a safe place and pull over.
• If you are a learner driver, follow the rules that apply to you, including driving only with a qualified supervisor where required.

3. Not a driving instructor

The App does not teach driving and is not a substitute for lessons with a qualified instructor, for a driving licence, or for your own experience and judgement. Settings such as avoiding highways help you choose a route; they do not make any route safe for you.

4. Description of the service

Katrusik Drive finds places with Apple Maps search, builds routes and provides turn-by-turn guidance with live traffic through Google's navigation service, and speaks the guidance with calm phrases using the voices built into iOS. It needs an internet connection and access to your location to search and to navigate.

The App is currently free to use. If we offer paid features in the future, their price and terms will be shown before purchase and added to these terms.

5. Third-party services

Navigation features are provided by Google. By using them, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy; before your first trip, the App shows Google's terms for you to accept. Map data and traffic information are provided by Google and its data providers. Place search is provided by Apple under Apple's terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, content or accuracy of these third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, its voice phrases and other content are owned by LiJordan and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App except as permitted by the App Store terms or by applicable law.

7. Your data

The App has no account and keeps your profile, places and trips on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details, including what Apple and Google receive to provide search and navigation.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that routes, traffic, arrival times or speed limits will be accurate, or that spoken guidance will always be heard: audio can be interrupted by phone calls, other apps, Bluetooth connections, system behaviour or hardware.

Never rely on the App as your only source of information while driving.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiJordan is not liable for any accident, injury, damage, traffic violation, fine, delay or other loss arising from your use of the App or from following its directions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may change or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be published here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the App after that date means you accept the updated terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
